Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We offer standard and tracked shipping within New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — check our store for current promotions.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
